Concept Explanation

The plot of land in the existing park in Čair was a space filled with dense trees in the northern part, which created the character of the place. In the southern part of the land, there were fountains and an open amphitheater, meaning it was the most open zone with low green cover and sparse trees.
We divided the entire complex into two zones:
A noisy zone with playgrounds and an open amphitheater, designed for various cultural events.
A "quiet" zone, covered with forest, with wooden paths winding around and between the existing trees, with places for rest and meetings, as well as a small area for ping pong tables. We want every resident to feel good and be able to choose the most attractive part of the park.
The main path, designed for running, is 4 meters wide and defines the main entrances to the park from the "Kristijan Todorovski Karpoš" street. It passes between the trees without damaging the existing trees, forms a large arch shape, and circles around the playground, so residents can enjoy multiple views and vistas while walking through the park. At the first southern entrance from the boulevard, we have a small square that highlights the entrance to the park, which is arranged with benches, a fountain, and lanterns. On the western side of the complex, steps are projected that lead down to the entrances of the stadium.
The main play area is raised partially by 3.5 meters to create playgrounds for sliding and climbing integrated into the terrain. Around it, there are resting places, areas planted with various flowers, a tunnel cutting through the hill, and in the center of the square, we have a ground fountain that provides freshness to the ambiance and makes it more attractive for children.
The large amount of wood used emphasizes the character of the complex as a park. Due to their nature and the group of users who are children, different colors are used in the playgrounds and on the floors. In the "noisy" zone, concrete and paving stone platforms are more commonly used, whereas in the "quiet" zone, only wood is used as a material.
